What am I thankful for?
I am thankful to have learned from my mother how to do my very first Thanksgiving dinner at home of Cornish hens, sweet potatoes, collard greens, baked Mac-n-cheese, rice, rolls, ham and 2 pumpkin cheesecakes.
I am thankful to be using the "good" china for the first time.
I am thankful for all of my friends and extended family.
And what I'm most thankful for today is God's power, glory, and HIS ability to help us keep moving forward by HIS light and his love.
Happy Thanksgiving Everyone!
Just sharing my thoughts on motherhood, marriage, teaching high school English, natural hair, weight loss and weight gain and life... the highs, the lows, the good, the bad, and the mommy!...it's just me being me...take a look and see...you'll laugh, you'll cry, you'll shake your head and sigh...and maybe just maybe, you'll learn something that you didn't know you needed to know.
