Fun Day!

This morning Lincoln had his checkup at the pediatrician's and all went well. He can now try chicken, cheese, yogurt, and continue on to more "complex" fruits and veggies, ie strawberries, etc. We picked up Maddy after the appt. from her cello lesson and we off to the library (library is becoming my new best friend). We had BABY BOOGIE this morning for an hour. Linky got to meet other babies, which he was fascinated by, play with some musical instruments, crawl around (though he's still swimming around - pediatrician said to put him on the floor more), dance with mommy, sing, and play. It was so much fun. Of course in the middle of it, he grabbed for the boobies and almost ripped my shirt off - We took a 10 minute feeding break and then went right back to the festivities. After that we came home and chilled for a little while b/c daddy was coming home early and we invited his sister to bring the kids out to the pool. We got there around 2:30 and hung out for about an hour or so b/c while the sun was hot, the water was cold. I stayed in the nice warm baby pool with Linky!! Afterwards the big kids went to the park to play while I came home with Link and hubby to cook (his sister's crew didn't want to eat though - which is fine cuz now I don't have to cook tomorrow - whooohooo!) They dropped Maddy, hung out for about 20 minutes and then left to get back home. All in all it was a pretty awesome day.
