There's An App For That!

The App: MyPedometer.

It tracks my progress on the strider and it's fantastic! I have a goal to burn 400 calories every ride.

Today I covered 3.7 mi in 31 min and burned 411 Cals. My weight shot up to 159, and I'm hoping it's just water weight because I'm having foot surgery on Monday which means no Striding for the next 2-3 weeks.

Ugh.

I feel as though the fat is secretly plotting where they while deposit themselves while I'm bedridden!!
