ShoeDazzle.com over the rapid increase of product prices:
Good evening,
I've been a member of Shoedazzle since 2009, and I was always happy with the selections and the prices your "shoe club" of the month. When your company first hit the world wide web, you were like no other shoe site online with your guaranteed price of $39.95 for any shoe. Now that you've become more popular and well-known, I'm sad to see that your prices are increasing. The promise of all shoes for $39.95 is a thing of the past and your shoe site looks like every other online shoe company.
I was shocked and deeply saddened to now see shoes that I can no longer afford on your site. There are prices that now exceed well over the $100 mark. The shoe site for the average woman is now gone. I enlisted so many of my friends to join your site as members that felt the same way that I did: "Finally a shoe site we can afford!", and now I'm afraid that I'll soon no longer be able to shop with your company.
I love shoes and was finally able to afford my very small shoe shopping cravings with your site, but now I may not be able to do so for much longer.

great letter! You must share their response. I am very curious. I am so tired of these companies that get you hooked with their promises and then flip the script after you become a loyal customer. Bravo for speaking out!

LOL!!! If I were a loyal customer for so long, I would have sent them the same letter. Did they respond? What'd they say?
I'm with you on the Shoe Dazzle Tip - but I do love that they don't "force" you to buy every month. JustFab has decent shoes and their prices may elevate based on the product (and they have better / less smelly purses too) but they're still on that if-you-dont-cancel-by-the-6th-money-out-your-account-tho action. I just buy less from SD and i feel okay with that.
Plus i needed to start saving more money too LOLOLOL!
No response yet. I'll give them til Friday and then email them 5 copies of the same letter... Pull an Andy Dufrane from Shawshank on them!!
