Can't be spoiled yet, right?

I can't leave any room that Lincoln is in if he's awake! He screams bloody murder with these huge crocodile tears and he's just 2 1/2 months old. That's too soon to be spoiled, isn't it? The docs say you shouldn't let babies this small cry for more than 2-3 minutes, it takes longer than that to put a load of clothes to wash (which is what I tried to do today). I've been testing my theory all day. He'll be laughing, cooing, smiling, and I'll first walk out of his line of sight. He'll follow me with his head and eyes, still cooing but the eyebrows get knitted. Then I leave the room. He's quiet for maybe 1-2 minutes tops then the wailing begins and he won't stop wailing for the binky only when pick him up will he settle back down...sometimes even cooing/smiling through the crying as if to say, "Whew, mommy I thought you weren't coming back for me!"

More on this experiment later...

I know NOTHING about this stuff (obviously) but I'm sure he'll get better as you keep doing it.

Your mommy friends will have better/more useful things about this. =D
